A wise lady once told me, “stop living in your head and just be happy with the truth!”. Comteplating on what she meant I finally got to crack it. A world of imaginations!
Imaginations can be as real as you believe in them, that doesn’t mean truth is void. Truth is real.
But at times people ignore the truth and look to something that is just a superstition;circumstances.
A good example is having a month like January being termed as a “hard month.” At the end of the day your well aware that your going to put your children in school in case you are a parent. Go back to school in case you are a student. Go back to work in case your employed.
Nothing wrong with all that, what is wrong about it is the attitude with which people face their responsibilities.
You reach a place and forget it is a refreshing break to have the kids in school for a while, less noise, less scolding.
You forget that when your in school you have those really fun moments with your friends and sometimes you make a bad situation something to laugh about. That one punishment that brought you closer to a person you thought you would never talk to. Memories you treasure for the rest of your life or at least most of it.
And finally at work, it not all about work alone! Yes you have a few moments where there are some bumps but as your at work you get meet your friends, you get chat, you get to crack jokes, you get someone to take you out for lunch.
Truth is there is way more joy and happiness to look up to. The only thing is you have got it in your head that, “ohhh snap it’s time for school again” or work, name it! You have decided to focus on the wrong side of ur responsibility or job.
Well alright you may somehow things may get abit tiresome or more hectic than usually. But you made it through the day, didn’t you?
Instead of thinking through the difficulties looked to how you managed it. Where you escape is, that brings joy.
When you fail to do that you will and make a big deal of how hard it was you end up going to the superstition
You say so reluctantly “ohh well it’s the hard month!” and as reluctantly as you say it, the same way you reluctantly tackle the month, you wake up lazy drag yourself to shower drag yourself to work, drag yourself to listen to your boss next thing you know everything just seems to be falling apart.
By that time your always angry, frustrated, irritated! Obviously no one wants to be around a negative person, always complaining, angry, crying. That does not mean we should move around like emotionless robots, no! It only means you should have control of how you feel. The aspect is faith.
The one who lives through their heart (faith) goes to bed with a smile on her face no matter what happened during the day because they are happy they made it through. That gives such a person an assurance of a beautiful dream and automatically they wake up rejuvenated.
